Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tornado Tracker by TornadoPath ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Tornado Tracker by TornadoPath provides real-time tornado tracking, severe weather alerts, and notification services. The App displays weather data from the National Weather Service (NWS), Storm Prediction Center (SPC), and NOAA.

Pro Subscription Options

Tornado Path Pro is available with the following pricing:

1. Monthly Subscription

Price: $2.99 per month
Billing: Automatically renews each month
Cancellation: Cancel anytime, access continues until end of billing period

2. Annual Subscription

Price: $19.99 per year (equivalent to $1.67/month - save 40%)
Billing: Automatically renews each year
Cancellation: Cancel anytime, access continues until end of billing period

3. Lifetime Access

Price: $49.99 (one-time purchase)
Billing: Single payment, no recurring charges
Access: Unlimited access to all Pro features forever

Auto-Renewal Terms

For Monthly and Annual subscriptions:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Prices are in USD and may vary in other countries. Prices are subject to change with notice.

Cancellation & Refunds

For Monthly and Annual Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period
Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly

For Lifetime Purchases

Lifetime access is a one-time, non-refundable purchase
Refund requests must be submitted to Apple within their refund window
Once purchased, access to Pro features is permanent

Phone calls when tornado warnings are issued (breaks through Do Not Disturb)
SMS text messages with warning details
Email bulletins with full NWS statements
Monitor up to 5 locations
Alert up to 2 phone numbers
Alerts delivered within 30 seconds of NWS warnings

Pro Map Layers

HD Radar (MRMS high-resolution radar)
Forecast Radar (predictive storm modeling)
Echo Tops (storm height visualization)
Satellite imagery (real-time cloud formations)
Precipitation overlay (rainfall details)

Weather Data Accuracy

THE APP DISPLAYS WEATHER DATA FROM THIRD-PARTY SOURCES (NWS, SPC, NOAA). WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THIS DATA.

No Guarantee of Alert Delivery

While we strive to deliver alerts promptly, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT ALERTS WILL BE DELIVERED IN TIME OR AT ALL due to:

Network connectivity issues
Phone carrier limitations
Device settings (Do Not Disturb, etc.)
Third-party service outages (Twilio, email providers)
System maintenance or technical issues

Not a Replacement for Official Warnings

THIS APP IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR OFFICIAL EMERGENCY ALERT SYSTEMS. Always:

Monitor local news and weather stations
Have a NOAA Weather Radio
Follow official emergency management guidance
Have multiple sources of weather information

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App
We are not liable for any injury, death, or property damage resulting from severe weather events
We are not responsible for missed alerts or delayed notifications
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate contact information for alerts
Maintain your own emergency preparedness plans
Not rely solely on this App for weather warnings
Keep your device charged and connected during severe weather
Verify alert settings are configured correctly

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
Resell or redistribute alerts or data from the App
Use the App to harass or send unwanted communications
Interfere with the App's operation or servers

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding third-party weather data), is owned by TornadoPath and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are made.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

These Terms of Use are between you and TornadoPath, not Apple
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App

By using Tornado Tracker by TornadoPath, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
